Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in a restaurant management role
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- certification in Responsible Alcohol Service is preferred
- ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts
- must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
- providing or directing all Front of House training
- managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- assisting with the development of key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees through daily feedback
- reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending hiring of Front of House employees
- directing work schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after restaurant hours
- creating a fun, safe environment with contests, theme nights, and incentives
- understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
