Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in a restaurant management role
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • certification in Responsible Alcohol Service is preferred
  • ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts
  • must be at least 18 years old

  • Experience managing restaurant Front of House operations

  • knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage schedules and employee performance

  • proficiency in sales driving and guest satisfaction strategies

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
  • providing or directing all Front of House training
  • managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • assisting with the development of key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees through daily feedback
  • reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending hiring of Front of House employees
  • directing work schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after restaurant hours
  • creating a fun, safe environment with contests, theme nights, and incentives
  • understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
