Job Requirements

  • Preferably two years of restaurant or bar management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation

Job Duties

  • Oversee takeout operations and guest entry experience
  • assist in managing shift operations
  • coach team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety regulations
  • maintain responsible alcohol service
  • monitor safety and security systems and procedures
  • utilize company training resources to promote continuous learning and development
