Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • minimum three years of maintenance and service experience
  • leadership experience managing teams
  • valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • ability to operate company vehicles (must be at least 21 years old)
  • physical capability to move, stand, stoop, bend freely
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • pass a 10-panel drug screen
  • pass a background check

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or trade school certificate preferred
  • experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred
  • experience leading maintenance teams
  • knowledge of rental industry or related construction field
  • strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • superior customer service and communication skills
  • valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • familiarity with EquipmentShare products and services

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and supervise quality performance of equipment mechanics and service personnel
  • schedule repairs for customer and company rental equipment
  • maintain and nurture customer relationships ensuring satisfaction
  • respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
  • provide employee training and development while maintaining a safe work environment
  • create, assign, and monitor work orders using technology
  • manage parts ordering and inventory
  • diagnose equipment issues utilizing data from multiple equipment makes and models
