Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in restaurant management or supervisory position
  • Understanding of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a team effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Commitment to upholding company policies and standards

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and relevant liquor laws
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Proficiency in scheduling and performance management
  • Familiarity with safety and cleanliness standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Passion for delivering legendary guest service

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • Enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness of restaurant and safety of guests
  • Providing or directing all Front of House training
  • Managing performance of Front of House employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • Enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • Assisting with development of all key employees through daily feedback
  • Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
  • Directing work for employees including setting schedules and assigning tasks
  • Creating a fun, safe environment through core values, contests, and incentives
  • Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
