Job Requirements

- Prior experience in restaurant management or supervisory position
- Understanding of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a team effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and relevant liquor laws
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Proficiency in scheduling and performance management
- Familiarity with safety and cleanliness standards

- Passion for delivering legendary guest service
Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- Enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness of restaurant and safety of guests
- Providing or directing all Front of House training
- Managing performance of Front of House employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- Enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- Assisting with development of all key employees through daily feedback
- Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
- Directing work for employees including setting schedules and assigning tasks
- Creating a fun, safe environment through core values, contests, and incentives
- Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
