Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food service or restaurant management
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • Enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
  • Providing or directing all Front of House training
  • Managing performance of Front of House employees through evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • Enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • Assisting with development of key employees through daily feedback
  • Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
  • Directing employee work including scheduling and task assignments
  • Creating a fun, safe environment by following core values and implementing contests and incentives
  • Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
