Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • basic knowledge of food safety standards
  • understanding of liquor laws and regulations
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • dependable and team-oriented mindset

  • Experience managing a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
  • providing or directing all Front of House training
  • managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • enforcing applicable liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • assisting in employee development with daily feedback
  • reviewing applications, interviewing, and recommending hiring of Front of House employees
  • directing work schedules and assigning tasks
  • creating a fun and safe environment with contests and incentives
  • understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
