Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- basic knowledge of food safety standards
- understanding of liquor laws and regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
- providing or directing all Front of House training
- managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- enforcing applicable liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- assisting in employee development with daily feedback
- reviewing applications, interviewing, and recommending hiring of Front of House employees
- directing work schedules and assigning tasks
- creating a fun and safe environment with contests and incentives
- understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
