Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years management experience in a restaurant or related industry
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • valid alcohol service certification or willingness to obtain
  • physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • excellent customer service skills

  • experience in staff training and development

Job Duties

  • Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
  • enforce compliance with employment policies and oversee cleanliness and safety
  • provide or direct Front of House training
  • manage performance including conducting evaluations coaching and discipline
  • manage liquor orders and control liquor costs
  • enforce liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • develop employees through feedback during one-on-ones
  • review applications interview and hire Front of House employees
  • set employee hours weekly schedules and assign tasks
  • create a fun safe environment via core values operational goals contests theme nights and incentives
  • manage and practice safe food handling procedures
