Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years management experience in a restaurant or related industry
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- valid alcohol service certification or willingness to obtain
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- excellent customer service skills

Job Duties
- Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
- enforce compliance with employment policies and oversee cleanliness and safety
- provide or direct Front of House training
- manage performance including conducting evaluations coaching and discipline
- manage liquor orders and control liquor costs
- enforce liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- develop employees through feedback during one-on-ones
- review applications interview and hire Front of House employees
- set employee hours weekly schedules and assign tasks
- create a fun safe environment via core values operational goals contests theme nights and incentives
- manage and practice safe food handling procedures
