Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a restaurant
  • Familiarity with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude
  • Valid work authorization

  • Knowledge of labor laws and alcohol service regulations

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • Enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
  • Providing or directing all Front of House training
  • Managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • Enforcing applicable liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • Assisting development of key employees and assistant managers through daily feedback
  • Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
  • Directing work for employees including setting hours, scheduling, and assigning tasks
  • Creating a fun and safe environment by following core values and implementing contests and incentives
  • Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
