Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- valid alcohol service certification if applicable
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- basic computer skills

Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
- providing or directing all Front of House training
- managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- assisting with development of key employees through daily feedback during one-on-ones
- reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending Front of House employees
- directing work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules
- creating a fun, safe environment by following core values and implementing contests, theme nights, and staff incentives
- understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
