- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a restaurant setting
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- Enforcing compliance with employment policies and ensuring restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
- Providing or directing all front-of-house training
- Managing performance of front-of-house employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- Enforcing applicable liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Assisting in developing key employees through daily performance feedback
- Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending front-of-house staff
- Setting hours, creating weekly schedules, and assigning tasks before, during, and after restaurant hours
- Creating a fun, safe environment by following core values, organizing contests, theme nights, and staff incentives
- Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
