Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- valid alcohol server certification or willingness to obtain
- strong leadership abilities
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- capability to manage conflict and foster teamwork
- attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
- providing or directing all Front of House training
- managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- assisting with the development of key employees through daily performance feedback
- reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
- directing work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules
- creating a fun and safe environment by following core values and implementing staff incentives
- understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
