Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • valid alcohol server certification or willingness to obtain
  • strong leadership abilities
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • capability to manage conflict and foster teamwork
  • attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
  • providing or directing all Front of House training
  • managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • assisting with the development of key employees through daily performance feedback
  • reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
  • directing work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules
  • creating a fun and safe environment by following core values and implementing staff incentives
  • understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
