Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • Enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
  • Providing or directing all Front of House training
  • Managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • Enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • Assisting in development of key employees by providing daily feedback
  • Reviewing applications, interviewing, hiring or recommending hiring
  • Directing work including setting schedules and assigning tasks
  • Creating a fun, safe environment through contests, theme nights, and incentives
  • Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
