Job Requirements

- Prior experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

- Experience in managing Front of House operations

Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- Enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
- Providing or directing all Front of House training
- Managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- Enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- Assisting in development of key employees by providing daily feedback
- Reviewing applications, interviewing, hiring or recommending hiring
- Directing work including setting schedules and assigning tasks
- Creating a fun, safe environment through contests, theme nights, and incentives
- Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
