Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service laws
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and alcohol service regulations
  • Ability to conduct training and development of staff
  • Experience with scheduling and performance management
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment

Job Duties

  • Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • Enforce compliance with all employment policies and oversee cleanliness and guest safety
  • Provide or direct all Front of House training
  • Manage performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Manage liquor orders and control liquor costs
  • Enforce applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • Assist with development of key employees by providing feedback
  • Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend hiring Front of House staff
  • Direct work for employees including scheduling and task assignments
  • Create a fun, safe environment through contests, theme nights, and incentives
  • Understand and practice safe food handling procedures
