Job Requirements

- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service laws
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

- Previous management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of liquor laws and alcohol service regulations
- Ability to conduct training and development of staff
- Experience with scheduling and performance management

- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Job Duties
- Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- Enforce compliance with all employment policies and oversee cleanliness and guest safety
- Provide or direct all Front of House training
- Manage performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- Manage liquor orders and control liquor costs
- Enforce applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- Assist with development of key employees by providing feedback
- Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend hiring Front of House staff
- Direct work for employees including scheduling and task assignments
- Create a fun, safe environment through contests, theme nights, and incentives
- Understand and practice safe food handling procedures
