Job Requirements

- previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- enforce compliance with employment policies and oversee restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
- provide or direct Front of House training
- manage performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- manage liquor orders and control liquor costs
- enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- assist in development of key employees and provide daily performance feedback
- review applications, interview, and recommend hiring of Front of House employees
- direct employee work schedules and assign tasks before, during, and after restaurant hours
- create a fun, safe environment by following core values and operational goals
- understand and manage safe food handling procedures
