Job Duties

  • drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • enforce compliance with employment policies and oversee restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
  • provide or direct Front of House training
  • manage performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • manage liquor orders and control liquor costs
  • enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • assist in development of key employees and provide daily performance feedback
  • review applications, interview, and recommend hiring of Front of House employees
  • direct employee work schedules and assign tasks before, during, and after restaurant hours
  • create a fun, safe environment by following core values and operational goals
  • understand and manage safe food handling procedures
