Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant or food service management
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Knowledge of safe food handling procedures
  • Valid alcohol service certification where required
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to enforce policies and maintain safety standards

  • Knowledge of liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • Enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
  • Providing or directing all Front of House training
  • Managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching and discipline
  • Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • Enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • Assisting with the development of key employees by providing daily feedback
  • Reviewing applications, interviewing, and recommending hiring of Front of House employees
  • Setting hours, creating weekly schedules, and assigning employee tasks
  • Creating a fun, safe environment by implementing contests, theme nights and incentives
  • Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
