Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing restaurant cleanliness and safety
- providing or directing Front of House training
- managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- assisting with development of key employees through daily feedback
- reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
- directing work including setting hours, schedules, and task assignments
- creating a fun, safe environment by following core values and implementing contests and incentives
- understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
