Job Requirements

- minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or a related role
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- enforce compliance with employment policies and oversee cleanliness and guest safety
- provide or direct all Front of House training
- manage performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- manage liquor orders and control liquor costs
- enforce applicable liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- assist with development of key employees through feedback and one-on-ones
- review applications, interview, and hire or recommend hiring of Front of House employees
- direct work schedules and assign tasks
- create a fun and safe work environment through core values, contests, and incentives
- manage safe food handling procedures
