- Knowledge of food safety and health department matters

Job Duties
- Ensuring great tasting high quality food is served
- Helping to resolve food quality issues
- Supporting food safety by ensuring hand washing and glove changes monitoring time and temperature on the line monitoring secondary shelf lives and following the Daily Food Safety Checklist and policies
- Helping to resolve customer incidents and ensuring positive customer experiences
- Monitoring crew breaks shift changes shift meetings and line schedules
- Developing and cross training all front of house crew
- Assisting with Crew performance reviews and developing future Service Leaders
- Assisting with office administration duties such as banking cash handling and paperwork
- Ensuring office equipment is in working order and ordering supplies as necessary
- Ensuring proper quantity of supplies are available as needed
