Job Duties

  • Ensuring great tasting high quality food is served
  • Helping to resolve food quality issues
  • Supporting food safety by ensuring hand washing and glove changes monitoring time and temperature on the line monitoring secondary shelf lives and following the Daily Food Safety Checklist and policies
  • Helping to resolve customer incidents and ensuring positive customer experiences
  • Monitoring crew breaks shift changes shift meetings and line schedules
  • Developing and cross training all front of house crew
  • Assisting with Crew performance reviews and developing future Service Leaders
  • Assisting with office administration duties such as banking cash handling and paperwork
  • Ensuring office equipment is in working order and ordering supplies as necessary
  • Ensuring proper quantity of supplies are available as needed
