Job Requirements

  • Have a high school diploma
  • Have restaurant experience
  • Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy
  • Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
  • Have knowledge of food safety and health department matters
  • Have familiarity with office paperwork
  • Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location

Job Duties

  • Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served
  • Help resolve food quality issues
  • Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature monitoring, and adherence to food safety checklists
  • Help resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences
  • Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules
  • Develop and cross train front of house crew
  • Assist with crew performance reviews and developing future service leaders
  • Handle office administration duties including banking, cash handling, and paperwork
  • Maintain office equipment and manage office supplies
  • Ensure proper supply quantities are available
