  • have knowledge and experience with cash handling policies and procedures
  • have knowledge of food safety and health department matters
  • have familiarity with office paperwork
  • have the ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
  • be able to understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy

Job Duties

  • Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served
  • resolve food quality issues
  • support food safety by enforcing hand washing, glove changes, monitoring line times and temperatures, and following food safety checklists
  • resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences
  • monitor crew breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules
  • develop and cross train front of house crew
  • assist with crew performance reviews
  • develop future service leaders
  • assist with office administration duties including banking, cash handling, and paperwork
  • maintain office equipment and order supplies
  • ensure proper quantity of supplies are available
