Job Requirements

- Restaurant experience
- Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Familiarity with office paperwork
- Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties
- Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served
- Helping to resolve food quality issues
- Supporting food safety including hand washing, glove changes, monitoring line time and temperature, and following safety checklists
- Helping to resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences
- Monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules
- Developing and cross training front of house crew
- Assisting with crew performance reviews and future service leader development
- Assisting with office administration including banking, cash handling, and paperwork
- Ensuring office equipment is operational and supplies are maintained
