Job Requirements

  • Restaurant experience
  • Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • Familiarity with office paperwork
  • Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Ability to understand and explain Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy

Job Duties

  • Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served
  • Helping to resolve food quality issues
  • Supporting food safety including hand washing, glove changes, monitoring line time and temperature, and following safety checklists
  • Helping to resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences
  • Monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules
  • Developing and cross training front of house crew
  • Assisting with crew performance reviews and future service leader development
  • Assisting with office administration including banking, cash handling, and paperwork
  • Ensuring office equipment is operational and supplies are maintained
