Job Requirements

  • Restaurant experience
  • Understanding and articulating Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy
  • Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of food safety and health department regulations
  • Familiarity with office paperwork
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties

  • Ensuring great tasting, high quality food is served
  • Helping to resolve food quality issues
  • Supporting food safety including hand washing, glove changes, monitoring time and temperature, and following food safety checklists
  • Resolving customer incidents and ensuring positive customer experiences
  • Monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules
  • Developing and cross-training front of house crew
  • Assisting with crew performance reviews and developing future service leaders
  • Assisting with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork
  • Ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained and ordered as necessary
