  • Knowledge of food safety and health department regulations
  • Familiarity with office paperwork

Job Duties

  • Ensuring great tasting, high quality food is served
  • Resolving food quality issues
  • Supporting food safety by ensuring hand washing, glove changes, monitoring time and temperature, and following daily food safety checklists
  • Resolving customer incidents to ensure positive experiences
  • Monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
  • Developing and cross training all front of house crew
  • Assisting with crew performance reviews and developing future service leaders
