Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Restaurant experience
  • Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of food safety and health department requirements
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Familiarity with office paperwork
  • Ability to work on feet for extended periods

  • Restaurant experience
  • Knowledge of Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy
  • Experience with cash handling policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of food safety and health department standards
  • Familiarity with office paperwork
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location

Job Duties

  • Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served
  • Help resolve food quality issues
  • Support food safety by ensuring hand washing and glove changes, monitoring time and temperature on the line, and following Daily Food Safety Checklist
  • Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences
  • Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
  • Develop and cross-train all front of house crew
  • Assist with crew performance reviews and developing future Service Leaders
  • Assist with office administration duties including banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork
  • Maintain office equipment and order supplies
  • Ensure the proper quantity of supplies are available
