Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Restaurant experience
  • Understanding and articulating Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy
  • Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of food safety and health department matters
  • Familiarity with office paperwork
  • Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location

  • Familiarity with office paperwork

Job Duties

  • Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served
  • Helping to resolve food quality issues
  • Supporting food safety including hand washing, glove changes, monitoring time and temperature, monitoring shelf lives, and following food safety checklists and policies
  • Helping to resolve customer incidents and ensuring positive customer experiences
  • Monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
  • Developing and cross training front of house crew
  • Assisting with crew performance reviews
  • Developing future Service Leaders
  • Assisting with office administration tasks such as banking, cash handling, policies, and office paperwork
  • Ensuring office equipment is functional and ordering supplies as needed
  • Ensuring proper quantity of supplies are available
