Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Restaurant experience
- Understanding and articulating Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy
- Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
- Knowledge of food safety and health department matters
- Familiarity with office paperwork
- Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties
- Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served
- Helping to resolve food quality issues
- Supporting food safety including hand washing, glove changes, monitoring time and temperature, monitoring shelf lives, and following food safety checklists and policies
- Helping to resolve customer incidents and ensuring positive customer experiences
- Monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
- Developing and cross training front of house crew
- Assisting with crew performance reviews
- Developing future Service Leaders
- Assisting with office administration tasks such as banking, cash handling, policies, and office paperwork
- Ensuring office equipment is functional and ordering supplies as needed
- Ensuring proper quantity of supplies are available
