Job Requirements
- Have a high school diploma
- Have restaurant experience
- Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy
- Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
- Have knowledge of food safety and health department matters
- Have familiarity with office paperwork
- Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy
- Experience in restaurant operations
- Familiarity with food safety and health department regulations
- Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures
- Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
- Experience with office paperwork
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Job Duties
- Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served
- Help resolve food quality issues
- Support food safety protocols including hand washing, glove changes, monitoring time and temperature, and following Daily Food Safety Checklist
- Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences
- Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
- Develop and cross train all front of house crew
- Assist with crew performance reviews
- Develop future service leaders
- Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and office paperwork
- Ensure office equipment is functional and supplies are ordered as necessary
- Manage proper inventory of supplies
