- understanding of food safety and health department matters

Job Duties
- making sure great tasting, high quality food is served
- helping to resolve food quality issues
- supporting food safety including hand washing and glove changes, monitoring time and temperature on the line, and following the Daily Food Safety Checklist
- helping to resolve customer incidents and ensuring positive customer experiences
- monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
- developing and cross training front of house crew
- assisting with crew performance reviews
- assisting with office administration duties such as banking and cash handling
- ensuring office equipment is in working order
- maintaining proper quantity of supplies as needed
