Job Duties

  • making sure great tasting, high quality food is served
  • helping to resolve food quality issues
  • supporting food safety including hand washing and glove changes, monitoring time and temperature on the line, and following the Daily Food Safety Checklist
  • helping to resolve customer incidents and ensuring positive customer experiences
  • monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
  • developing and cross training front of house crew
  • assisting with crew performance reviews
  • assisting with office administration duties such as banking and cash handling
  • ensuring office equipment is in working order
  • maintaining proper quantity of supplies as needed
