  • Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of food safety and health department matters
  • Familiarity with office paperwork
  • Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties

  • Ensuring great tasting, high quality food is served
  • Helping to resolve food quality issues
  • Supporting food safety protocols including hand washing, glove changes, monitoring time and temperature, and following safety checklists
  • Assisting with the resolution of customer incidents and ensuring positive experiences
  • Monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules
  • Developing and cross training front of house crew
  • Assisting with crew performance reviews
  • Developing future Service Leaders
  • Supporting office administration duties including banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork
  • Maintaining office equipment and overseeing supply orders
  • Ensuring adequate supplies are available
