Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • make sure great tasting, high quality food is served
  • help resolve food quality issues
  • support food safety including hand washing and glove changes, monitor time and temperature on the line, monitor secondary shelf lives, ensure adherence to the Daily Food Safety Checklist and food safety policies
  • help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences
  • monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
  • develop and cross-train front of house crew
  • assist with crew performance reviews
  • develop future service leaders
  • assist with office administration including banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork
  • ensure office equipment is functional and order supplies as necessary
  • ensure proper quantity of supplies are available
