  • have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
  • have knowledge of food safety and health department matters
  • be familiar with office paperwork
  • have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties

  • Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served
  • help to resolve food quality issues
  • support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, monitoring time and temperature, secondary shelf lives, and daily food safety checklist
  • help to resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences
  • monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
  • develop and cross train front of house crew
  • assist with crew performance reviews
  • develop future service leaders
  • assist with banking, cash handling policies and office paperwork
  • ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained
