Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Restaurant experience
  • Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy
  • Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of food safety and health department matters
  • Familiarity with office paperwork
  • Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties

  • Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served
  • Helping to resolve food quality issues
  • Supporting food safety which includes hand washing and glove changes, monitoring time and temperature, monitoring secondary shelf lives, and following Daily Food Safety Checklist and policies
  • Helping to resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences
  • Monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
  • Developing and cross training all front of house crew
  • Assisting with crew performance reviews and developing future Service Leaders
  • Assisting with banking, cash handling policies, office paperwork, and maintaining office equipment and supplies
