  • Understanding of food safety and health regulations
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Basic office administration skills
  • Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Ensuring great tasting, high quality food is served
  • Helping to resolve food quality issues
  • Supporting food safety including hand washing, glove changes, monitoring time and temperature, and following food safety checklists
  • Resolving customer incidents to ensure positive experiences
  • Monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, and maintaining line schedules
  • Developing and cross training front of house crew
  • Assisting with crew performance reviews and developing future service leaders
  • Assisting with office administration including banking, cash handling, and managing office supplies
