Job Requirements

  • Restaurant experience
  • Knowledge of food safety and health department matters
  • Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
  • Familiarity with office paperwork
  • Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties

  • Ensuring great tasting, high quality food is served
  • Helping to resolve food quality issues
  • Supporting food safety including monitoring hand washing, glove changes, and time and temperature controls
  • Resolving customer incidents and ensuring positive customer experiences
  • Monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules
  • Developing and cross-training front of house crew
  • Assisting with crew performance reviews and future Service Leader development
  • Managing office administration duties such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork
  • Maintaining office equipment and ordering supplies
  • Ensuring proper supply levels are available
