Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Prior restaurant experience
  • Knowledge and experience with cash handling policies
  • Understanding of food safety and health regulations
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location
  • Ability to stand for long periods while working
  • Basic proficiency in office administrative tasks

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior restaurant experience
  • Knowledge of food safety and health department regulations
  • Experience with cash handling policies and procedures
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location
  • Familiarity with office paperwork

Job Duties

  • Ensuring great tasting, high quality food is served
  • Helping to resolve food quality issues
  • Supporting food safety including hand washing, glove changes, monitoring time and temperature, and following Daily Food Safety Checklist
  • Resolving customer incidents and ensuring positive customer experiences
  • Monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules
  • Developing and cross training front of house Crew
  • Assisting with Crew performance reviews
  • Assisting with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork
