Job Requirements

- Knowledge and experience with cash handling policies
- Understanding of food safety and health regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location
- Ability to stand for long periods while working
- Basic proficiency in office administrative tasks

Job Duties
- Ensuring great tasting, high quality food is served
- Helping to resolve food quality issues
- Supporting food safety including hand washing, glove changes, monitoring time and temperature, and following Daily Food Safety Checklist
- Resolving customer incidents and ensuring positive customer experiences
- Monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules
- Developing and cross training front of house Crew
- Assisting with Crew performance reviews
- Assisting with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork
