  • Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of food safety and health department matters
  • Familiarity with office paperwork
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location

  • Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy
  • Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of food safety and health department standards
  • Familiarity with office paperwork
  • Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties

  • Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served
  • Help resolve food quality issues
  • Support food safety including ensuring hand washing and glove changes, monitoring time and temperature on the line, monitoring secondary shelf lives, and ensuring compliance with Daily Food Safety Checklist and food safety policies
  • Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences
  • Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
  • Develop and cross train all front of house crew
  • Assist with crew performance reviews
  • Develop future Service Leaders
  • Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling and office paperwork
  • Ensure office equipment is functional and office supplies are ordered
  • Ensure proper quantity of supplies are available as needed
