Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Restaurant experience
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy
  • Experience with cash handling policies
  • Proficiency in primary language(s) of the workplace
  • Ability to stand and work on feet for duration of shift

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Experience in a restaurant environment
  • Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures
  • Understanding of food safety and health department regulations
  • Familiarity with office paperwork
  • Ability to effectively communicate in the primary language of the work location
  • Strong leadership and team development skills

Job Duties

  • Ensuring great tasting, high quality food is served
  • Helping to resolve food quality issues
  • Supporting food safety by ensuring hand washing, glove changes, monitoring time and temperature, and compliance with food safety checklists
  • Assisting with customer incident resolution to ensure positive experiences
  • Monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules
  • Developing and cross-training all front of house crew
  • Assisting with crew performance reviews and developing future service leaders
  • Performing miscellaneous office administration duties including banking and cash handling
  • Maintaining office equipment and ordering supplies as necessary
