Job Requirements

  • high school diploma
  • restaurant experience
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • understanding of cash handling policies and procedures
  • ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • willingness to assist with multiple tasks
  • basic computer literacy

  • understanding of cash handling policies and procedures
  • ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location

  • leadership and training abilities

Job Duties

  • making sure great tasting, high quality food is served
  • helping to resolve food quality issues
  • supporting food safety practices including hand washing, glove changes, monitoring time and temperature, and following safety checklists
  • resolving customer incidents and ensuring positive customer experiences
  • monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
  • developing and cross training all front of house crew
  • assisting with crew performance reviews
  • developing future service leaders
  • assisting with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling, office paperwork
  • ensuring office equipment is in working order and ordering supplies
  • ensuring proper quantity of supplies are available
