Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Restaurant experience
  • Knowledge of food safety and health department matters
  • Experience with cash handling policies and procedures
  • Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Familiarity with office paperwork
  • Physical ability to be on feet and perform active work during shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior restaurant experience
  • Knowledge of food safety and health department requirements
  • Understanding of cash handling policies and procedures
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Familiarity with office paperwork and basic administrative duties
  • Strong leadership and training skills

Job Duties

  • Ensuring great tasting, high quality food is served
  • Helping to resolve food quality issues
  • Supporting food safety including hand washing and glove changes, monitoring time and temperature on the line, and following the Daily Food Safety Checklist
  • Helping to resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences
  • Monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
  • Developing and cross-training all front of house crew
  • Assisting with crew performance reviews
  • Developing future Service Leaders
  • Assisting with miscellaneous office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies and responsibilities, and office paperwork
  • Ensuring office equipment remains in working order and supplying office necessities
  • Ensuring the proper quantity of supplies are available as needed
