Job Duties

  • make sure great tasting high quality food is served
  • help resolve food quality issues
  • support food safety including hand washing and glove changes monitoring time and temperature on the line monitoring secondary shelf lives and ensuring the Daily Food Safety Checklist and policies are followed
  • help resolve customer incidents to ensure positive customer experiences
  • monitor crew breaks shift changes shift meetings and line schedules
  • develop and cross train all front of house crew
  • assist with crew performance reviews
  • develop future service leaders
  • assist with office administration duties such as banking cash handling and paperwork
  • ensure office equipment is in working order and order office supplies as necessary
  • ensure proper quantity of supplies are available
