Job Requirements

  • Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy
  • Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of food safety and health department matters
  • Familiarity with office paperwork
  • Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Have a high school diploma
  • Have restaurant experience

Job Duties

  • Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served
  • Help resolve food quality issues
  • Support food safety procedures, including hand washing, glove changes, temperature monitoring, and checklist compliance
  • Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences
  • Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules
  • Develop and cross train front of house crew
  • Assist with crew performance reviews
  • Develop future service leaders
  • Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork
  • Ensure office equipment functionality and order supplies
  • Maintain proper supply quantities
