Job Requirements

  • restaurant experience
  • ability to understand and articulate company's Food With Integrity philosophy
  • knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
  • knowledge of food safety and health department regulations
  • familiarity with office procedures
  • ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the location

Job Duties

  • make sure great tasting high quality food is served
  • help resolve food quality issues
  • support food safety including hand washing and glove changes, monitoring time and temperature on the line, monitoring secondary shelf lives, and ensuring the Daily Food Safety Checklist and food safety policies are followed
  • help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences
  • help monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
  • develop and cross train all front of house crew
  • assist with crew performance reviews
  • develop future service leaders
  • assist with miscellaneous office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and office paperwork
  • ensure office equipment remains in working order and order supplies as necessary
  • ensure proper quantity of supplies are available as needed
