Job Requirements
- Have a high school diploma
- Have restaurant experience
- Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
- Have knowledge of food safety and health department matters
- Have familiarity with office paperwork
- Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
- Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy

Job Duties
- Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served
- Help resolve food quality issues
- Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, monitoring time and temperature, and following food safety checklists
- Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences
- Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
- Develop and cross train all front of house crew
- Assist with crew performance reviews
- Develop future Service Leaders
- Assist with office administration including banking, cash handling, and office paperwork
- Ensure office equipment remains functional and order supplies as necessary
- Maintain proper supply quantities as needed
