- Have restaurant experience
- Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy
- Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
- Have knowledge of food safety and health department matters
- Have familiarity with office paperwork
- Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location

Job Duties
- Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served
- Help to resolve food quality issues
- Support food safety including hand washing and glove changes, monitoring time and temperature, and ensuring food safety policies are followed
- Help to resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences
- Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules
- Develop and cross train front of house crew
- Assist with crew performance reviews and developing future service leaders
- Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork
- Ensure office equipment remains in working order and supplies are adequately stocked
