Job Duties

  • Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served
  • help resolve food quality issues
  • support food safety by enforcing hand washing, glove changes, and monitoring time and temperature on the line
  • ensure compliance with Daily Food Safety Checklist and policies
  • help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences
  • monitor crew breaks, shift changes, meetings, and schedules
  • develop and cross-train front of house crew
  • assist with crew performance reviews
  • develop future service leaders
  • assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork
  • ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained
