Job Duties

  • make sure great tasting, high quality food is served
  • help resolve food quality issues
  • support food safety including hand washing and glove changes, monitoring time and temperature, monitoring secondary shelf lives, and following Daily Food Safety Checklist
  • help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences
  • monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
  • develop and cross train all front of house crew
  • assist with crew performance reviews
  • develop future service leaders
  • assist with office administration duties including banking, cash handling policies and paperwork
  • ensure office equipment is in working order and order office supplies
  • ensure proper quantity of supplies are available
