Job Duties

  • Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served
  • Resolve food quality issues
  • Support food safety by ensuring hand washing and glove changes, monitoring time and temperature on the line, and following food safety policies
  • Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences
  • Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
  • Develop and cross train all front of house crew
  • Assist with crew performance reviews and help develop future service leaders
  • Handle miscellaneous office duties including banking, cash handling, and office paperwork
  • Ensure office equipment is functional and supplies are ordered as needed
  • Maintain proper supply levels
