  • have familiarity with office paperwork

Job Duties

  • ensuring great tasting, high quality food is served
  • helping to resolve food quality issues
  • supporting food safety including hand washing, glove changes, monitoring time and temperature, secondary shelf lives, and food safety checklists
  • helping to resolve customer incidents and ensuring positive customer experiences
  • monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
  • developing and cross training front of house crew
  • assisting with crew performance reviews
  • developing future service leaders
  • assisting with miscellaneous office duties such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork
  • ensuring office equipment functions properly and supplies are ordered
  • ensuring adequate supply quantities
