Job Requirements

  • restaurant experience
  • able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy
  • knowledge and experience with cash handling policies and procedures
  • knowledge of food safety and health department matters
  • familiarity with office paperwork
  • ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties

  • make sure great tasting, high quality food is served
  • help to resolve food quality issues
  • support food safety practices including hand washing, glove changes, monitoring time and temperature, and following food safety checklists
  • assist in resolving customer incidents to ensure positive customer experiences
  • monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
  • develop and cross train front of house crew
  • assist with crew performance reviews
  • develop future service leaders
  • assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork
  • ensure office equipment is maintained and supplies are ordered
  • maintain proper quantity of supplies as needed
