- knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures
- ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- ability to work on feet during shifts
- willingness to assist with multiple tasks
- familiarity with office administrative duties

Job Duties
- making sure great tasting, high quality food is served
- helping to resolve food quality issues
- supporting food safety protocols including hand washing and glove changes, monitoring time and temperature, and following food safety checklists
- helping to resolve customer incidents and ensuring positive customer experiences
- monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
- developing and cross training all front of house crew
- assisting with crew performance reviews
- developing future service leaders
- assisting with office administration duties such as banking and cash handling
- ensuring office equipment is functional and supplies are ordered
- ensuring proper quantity of supplies
