  • Restaurant experience
  • Knowledge of food safety and health department matters
  • Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
  • Familiarity with office paperwork
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties

  • Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served
  • Helping to resolve food quality issues
  • Supporting food safety protocols including hand washing, glove changes, monitoring time and temperature, and completing daily food safety checklist
  • Helping to resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences
  • Monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules
  • Developing and cross training front of house crew
  • Assisting with crew performance reviews and developing future service leaders
  • Assisting with office administration such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork
  • Ensuring office equipment maintenance and ordering supplies as needed
  • Managing proper quantity of supplies
